OgLoot sells downloadable products, so this policy is designed around immediate digital delivery.
Digital delivery
Products are made available immediately after successful payment to the email address entered during checkout and through your account.
When refunds apply
Because digital products can be accessed immediately, purchases are generally final. Contact support@ogloot.com within 14 days if a file is defective, materially different from its listing, or was not delivered.

Include your order email, product name, and a clear description of the issue. We will review the request and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
